Cove at Agios Ioannis.
You can find this cove on your right as you make your way down from the car park to the main beach at Agios Ioannos.
There are piles of stones and pebbles which have been stacked up and arranged as sculptures or cairns dotted around the beach along with artistically positioned interesting pieces of driftwood to complete the picture.
Even though this photo was taken in July it is still easy to find yourself a totally secluded spot on this desert island.
If you look closely at the picture you can see two inflatable boats or ‘ribs’ anchored just out to sea, as of course arriving here on the water is also an option
